Conditions and Fair Use Policy

Any plan containing US & CA texting/calling services excludes calls to Alaska in the U.S, Yukon in Canada, directory assistance numbers, and certain special phone numbers. An additional per-minute charge will be applied. Kindly review the calling rates for calls to the mentioned destinations.

You agree that AI Line has the right to suspend all or part of the Calling Service and Texting Service without any liability to AI Line if your usage of our Products and Services does not align with fair use.

Fair use will be determined by AI Line in a manner relevant to each separate service offering and subject to AI Line's sole discretion. In some, but not all, cases, this may mean that services are measured compared to other product users, to industry averages/standards/regulations, or to traffic patterns consistent with human as opposed to machine operation. AI Line reserves the right to evaluate what it considers fair use according to any single or number of factors and in its sole discretion according to the disclosed or other factors, any evaluation that violates the terms of this Agreement will be considered a breach.
